pls help

i am 32 year male, i had  protected sex  with a thai hooker and i fingered her for 5-10 minutes , after having protected sex , i washed my hands and saw i cut on finger( which i used to finger  her).i consulted the  doctor, i took fourth generation  hiv duo ultra test at 39 days , which was negative , both p24 antibody negative ,doc.also took lft and other test wbc count was 9400. lft test was also normal. what are my chances that i am not having hiv infection. and do i require re testing .

fingering...even with trivial cuts...does NOT transmit hiv.

thanppks , for your  answere ,but  are you sure that hiv is not transmitted in this manner , iam very deppresed and  araid of catching hiv infection although my 6th week hiv duo ultra test came negative . i had read on many websites in which they say 3-4 week window period is  enough .and i tested at 6 week which was negative.waht is  your  view on this . i am really afraid

if i wasnt SURE...i would not have said so ! ! !

a 6 weeks test is a good indication of your status...but according to the CURRENT guideline...3 months is when one can obtain a conclusive result.

you were never at risk and do not need further testing.
