pls help !!!!

hello,.
im a lab technician and i did a very stupid mistake!
i was working in the lab and i have latex allergy, i ran out of nitrile gloves and i had to work on 2 blood samples so i did without gloves on. now that is stupid alone, but then i was distracted and had to leave the lab.......without washing my hands first ! i ate a sandwish then remembered that i was working and didnt wash !
i had no open lesions in my mouth and my hands were supposedly clean but traces of blood where probably there.
now im terrifed since after 2 weeks of the event i have a runny nose, a headache and blocked ears.and keeping in mind that i had been vaccinated a month ago for the FLU

im very worried i could have contracted HIV through my stupid exposure,
should i be worried or was my risk minimal???
