pls help me ... is this sore ARS

i am met a prostitute 6 weeks ago , but  dint penetrate jus rubbing my penis over her body , near vagina .
From the 5 the day , i developed adult acne like pimples allover my chest , stomack, back, neck, and few in elbow. it is ther for almost a month, and still there.
2 week i had cold , no high fever, jus cough and sneeze , it went away in a week.

now i have a single same pimple like sore in mt throat jus opposite to the end of the tongue from yesterday.

i have all the rash , now sore throat.

am really worried .
