Well have you taken an hpt test or visited the doctor for a pregnancy test? That's the only way to know for sure if you are pregnant. It certainly is a possibility, but no one online can tell you whether or not you are pregnant. I am curious as to why you posted it on the hiv forum? Anyway pee on a stick, that's the only way you will get a pregnancy answer.
you posted on the HIV support forum. But it's possible that you may have been pregnant and experienced a misscarriage, you need to get a pregnancy test to know for sure if you are pregnant or not. If you experience painful cramping you need to see a doctor to make sure there is not a problem.
