possible exposure - please help

I had a one night stand with a guy and am very nervous about hiv exposure. He performed oral sex on me ( I DID not him) and we used a condom during intercourse. I thought I was being safe but within a few days I started to have painful lymph nodes all over my body (mostly in my armpits) and a small sore throat. Is this a sign of initial hiv exposure? And I am at high risk for HIV? He has sex with alot of women, so that is why I am so nervous. And now I am having anxiety attacks worrying about this. Thank you very much for your help.

your "symptoms" are not hiv related.
If you have flu like symptoms and swollen lymph nodes it may be the sign of a HSV outbreak.
