possible exposure (anal rubbing)

First of all i would love to thank all the helpful people in this forum who answer all the questions round the clock

jumping to my question, first, i live in Egypt where the HIV prevalence is relatively low, but i had an encounter with a guy which included oral sex basically (rimming and fellatio), he then had his finger inside me for 5 seconds with a cream as a lube, and started rubbing his penis against my anus, i am not sure if he partially penetrated me, but i stopped him as soon as i felt a burn down there (due to the increased pressure), he kept grinding the head of his penis with no pain but some irritation from the pressure, i am not positive if the head was in or not, maybe but i am sure there was no complete penetration whatsoever, at the end he ejaculated outside.

after that night i had an irritated anus and i could feel the burn whenever i touch it, my concern is that maybe i developed an anal fissure, and also came in contact with his pre-cum (i don't know his HIV status), i don't know what are the risks accompanied with that practive, and i don't know if partial penetration for a minute or 2 (merely the head) counts as risky,

Please help

even with the partial penetration for the head? it didn't cross the anal rim but i felt a burn and it persisted for a couple of days....are you sure it does not count as an exposure??

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
