possible exposure to std from fresh penis cut on shaft

I had sex three weeks ago that was protected.  The sex lasted about 10 minutes.  After sex i noticed a small cut on the bottom of my penis shaft.  I feel terrible about the whole event. I'm not sure if her vaginal fluid entered through my cut that possibly happened when pulling my penis out of my pants.  I didn't feel it but it was a small paper cut type.  Didn't have any blood.  What would be my risk of getting and std like herpes, syphilis, or hiv????  Today make a little over three weeks that this happened and i noticed a small red spot on the middle of my penis.  Please advise because the cut bothers me the most not knowing if her vaginal fluid could've entered the cut.  Also if she had an std like herpes is it easier to make the transmission easier to enter.  Thanks for any advise that you have.

I'm still wondering how a cut is no risk. If not is the two test enough to move on with out worrying?? It's a serious issue with many different views.

I have a question about testing with oraquick swab test.  I took one at 72 days-negative and I took one at 112 days-negative. Can I trust these results that I'm HIV negative or should I retest?  I did not have any exposure since my last test. Every time I see any change on my body I start to doubt the test.
Thanks for your time.

An open wound goes through all 3 skin layers.

No it was a paper type cut/scrape on the shaft that i didn't feel during the penetrative sex. It wasn't bleeding but just concerned because it was an open cut.

You did not have penetrative sex with a gash in your penis.

Teak thanks for the quick reply.  I appreciate it sincerely.  The red spot isn't something to worry about??? Also the cut on the shaft during sex that could've been exposed to vaginal fluid??  You think i should test??  Thanks in advance!!
