possible hiv exposure pls help

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend at the time on jan 1st about 2 weeks later I had a tingling sensation in my genital area and a thick discharge after urination for about 8-10 days. About 45 days later I felt shooting pains in the tip of my penis and now there is a discoloration on the tip of my penis the sides of the tip also itch every now and then. I also have had tingling in my toes. My last possible exposure to hiv would have been jan 1st and I had an hiv-1 abs test on april 23 that was negative. I plan to take another test in a month or two but my question if this is not hiv what else could it be ? Thanks for any help
