possible hiv risk with protected sex.

Hi I'm 31 man had a sex with unknown woman 48hrs (10/14/2014) ago.I had a sex with condom and I noticed that condom didnot leake or break(hopefully no breakage), after ejaculated she removed the condom with a tissue paper, and cleaned my penis with another tissue after that I went to bathroom washed my penis.
1. Iam worrying  that while washing is there any vigna fulids will pass on my penis tip ? Will it cause an HIV ?
2. I did oral sex (only nipple sucking) and kissing till navel. After sometime I had 2sips of hot water, I noticed no breat milk from here nipples will this cause any hiv ?
Please reply me im worrying not able to work, sleep I'm married man with one child.

If the condom failed, it would rip apart leaving only the base ring and the condom would be hanging from it in tatters, so both of you would know if that happened.
You had no risk of HIV because you can't get HIV from any oral or touching activities. You are so safe that you don't even need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also instantly in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from any oral or touching activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with but you didn't do that so you had no risk. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc air and saliva do not allow inactivated virus to infect from any oral or touching activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk.
