prenatal surgery (surgery) HIV test?

Hello,
I come from Vietnam, I am a woman, three months pregnant, as a 8 weeks after the risk of HIV infection, I have had the screening test at a local hospital with a rapid test method and the results were negative . and I have to submit the results to the hospital I was born (another hospital) 6 months after my birth a child, you asked me before giving birth by cesarean method (surgery) at the hospital, they have HIV test? I saw them with my blood but did not know what they tested and did not reply. When my normal discharge, the hospital advised him nothing. So maybe I do not have HIV is not it?
