probability of HIV and STD

I regret the things i did. last week i went to Phuket Thailand and i went to a rich bar there.
I partied hard and end the end took a girl with whom i partied to my hotel. I wore my codom(she asked me to). but in the middle it raptured and i ejaculated in her without condom. This was my first time and i am very scared. She told me later she doesnot have HIV but i cant tell she is telling me right. she is working in phuket since 6 months and looks healthy and happy. i met her 2 days again we spent some time but didn't have sex.
I have learned a lesson from the mistakes.
please tell me what is the probability of me getting HIV. this was my first sex encounter.
FYI: your post on genral forum helped me getting relaxed.

to answer your questions:
1. it's good that you are healthy - a good immune system helps to reduce your chance of hiv infection.
2. having no sexual disease also reduces your chances.
3. looking healthy does not mean anything unfortunately. i hate to bring you this bad news, but people who have hiv are generally at their MOST infectious 2-7 weeks after initial infection as the viral load is sky high due to the body having fought back yet.
it's too late to take PEP, which needs to be taken within 72 hours, i'm afraid.
lastly, you didn't commit a crime. you had sex like millions of other normal people! and the condom broke which also happens a lot! don't get guilty over this.

Thank you again. you answer helping me a lot.
I am nervous since 8 days. I will get the test done and will be in contact with you.
I went to soi Tiger bangla road. And i am in contact with that girl and she has assured me by swearing that she is clean. But i have asked her to get tested again after a month.
Sorry for agagin asking some question.
what all factors can increase the probability of transmission.
if she is hiv -ve i am safe.
but if she is hiv +ve then things i know
1) i am a very healthy person and never get fever or any infection 5 years straight.
2) i have no disease
3) she looks healthy and was fun loving. we met another 2 days but we didn't have sex.
can i take or do anything which can lower the risk of getting infacted.
i am very nervous.
I completed my graduation and i cannot take this (the crime i commit)

a 4th generation combo test will be conclusive a 28 days,
you will not see any symptoms within one week. within 2-4 weeks probably, you MIGHT see high fever, sore throat and rash , you might not, either way, it is non specific to hiv. i think your chances are very good - it was a brief exposure, and only 5% or so of Thai bar girl prostitutes are hiv infected. plus, the chances of infection with an hiv infected person aren't really really high anyway.
i wouldn't trust any claims about bar girls being tested. anyone can pay off a doctor or get a fake health certificate, especially in the developing world.
wishing you the best for your test - i do reckon you'll be ok. i live in Phuket by the way!

the odds of hiv from this kind of encounter are in your favour, but you need to test all the same. you ought to apply lube on your condom before any sexual activity begins in future - it reduces the chance of condom breakage massively. i think you'll be fine, but you need to test.
