protected sex with prostitute

Dear sir

i need your kind advise about the HIV,
yesterday i had  sex with a prostitute  girl. i wore a condom, but the condom covered only 60% of my penis ,My urethra was still covered, now still I am worried and  scared about HIV,  please advise ,

and  i need do the antiretroviral treatment or not?

You have nothing to worry about,as long as the head of your penis was covered then your safe and no risk has occured.You don,t require testing and no antiretroviral treatment either.

I only needed to read the title of your post to know that you had no risk.  Protected sex is just that, protected.  As long as you use condoms correctly and consistently you will remain HIV Negative and yo have.  As getitright said as long as the head of your penis is covered that is protected sex.
