Go get tested. Six week result is good enough and with a NEG you can relax. Test at 13 weeks for conclusive result which should be the same with your six week one. (USE ELISA).

You can feel the lymph nodes on your neck even it is not swollen.

D,

I typically do not talk or address symptoms for two reasons:

1. I am not a doctor
2. Discussing symptoms is a sure way to reinforce in someone the belief that their  "symptoms" are somehow real, or significant, in terms of HIV.

Having said that, I will say this:

1. It is difficult to diagnose enlarged lympth nodes in oneself. If you really believe that a lymph node is enlarged, go see a doctor. Chances are, it is not. I am curious if you felt your lymph node was enlarged before or after you read about the symptoms of ARS. My guess is after, which, if true, should tell you something.
2. Enlarged lymph nodes, caused by ARS, are generalized, meaning that they would be enlarged throughout your body, not localized to one particular site.

My advice is this: stop searching the Web for symptoms. You are clearly anxious, and symptom hunting will do you more harm than good. Think about it: will reading about symptoms really help you in any way at this point? No, it will not. You will read about a symptom, and a day or two later, feel that you are experiencing that symptom. You will be needlessly scaring yourself, which you do not need to do.

Individually swollen lymph nodes are NOT indicative of HIV. Either you or the site you read is mistaken.
