question about HIV transmission

Today i went to the doctor and needed a Strep B test as i am 36 weeks pregnant.  The doctor came in and didnt wash her hands upon entering the room.  She grabbed the gloves, touching the fingertips of the gloves.  She touched the outside of my vagina while doing the test with her gloved hand.  I was wondering if there is anyway she could have had some nasty germs (think HIV or hep) on her hands and transmitted them onto the gloves and then to me?  Is that possible?
