question about lymph nodes

i read someone post that symptoms usually occur 2-4 weeks after possible exposure. My lymph nodes just started swelling and i'm 10 weeks past possible exposure. could i just now be getting this exposure and if so how do the lymph node symptoms work? do multiple nodes swell or just arm pits or what?

yes ars symptoms dont come as late as 10 weeks..
you had unprotected sex so you need to test to find out..you sound very anxious so you may wana test now for some peace of mind..a negative test at 10 weeks is verryy unlikely to change..
test again at 3 months for a conclusive result..

Thanks guys, ya'll are awesome for that quick and calming response. my anxiety causes most of my issues but i'll still get tested at 3 months to be certain. thanks again.
