question about pin needle pricks

I have no idea, but I am just curious. Can someone contract HIV/hepatitis from a pin prick? I was getting a dress altered yesterday and the seamstress poked me with a pin? I am not sure if she poked herself as well, but she poked me hard enough to draw blood. Any risk at all? What if she poked herself right before? Sorry to ask too many questions.....

Thank you very much. I was racking my brain to try and remember is she pricked herself right before she got me, but I could not remember. I am a little panicky, but I should not worry.

NO RISK...

there is a difference between a needle and a pin that a seamstress uses.  a pin is not hollow and therefore blood cannot remain INSIDE and not exposed to air which renders hiv inactive.
