shoud i get tested?
before this situation i was 100% i was hiv neg(4 months clean and hiv testing)
when shoud i get a test?

How do you know he is positive?

If you had no risk why would you need testing?

CDC is a conservative government agency. Remember the "bird flu" scare? They have to be ultra conservative when giving out info. Science tells us different on oral sex risks.

i am very worry about contracting  hiv this like the third time, i (literally say) mentally, put my self in (minimal risk) but for me is , mental risk.put my self in risk,,,
since i read a book, that states that when u are afraid of someth, and think about it, it comes to real time,
i have a wondefull wife. as well but i had this impulse, and i did what happend...
what makes me upset is that fe days after i start getting posible ars, not fever thanks god, if fever comes, i duno what to do.
i had a RNA TEST done 2  the weeks after.the oral sex performance(giving and reciving)
i even pay out this guy to have RNA NAAT done with combi,
and i have my self several rapid test until week 5.
all comes neg

You didn't have a risk.  Guilt and regret over what you did is causing you anxiety, which is making you worry about HIV.

All we can tell you is that our assessment is that you didn't have a risk.  If you can't accept that, then take a test to prove to yourself you don't have HIV.  If you still can't accept it, seek some professional help.

To be clear..I'm NOT suggesting you take a test because you need to.  Testing is not needed in your situation.
