I got out of my car last night went into the store and came back out, When I was opening the car door i seen a seringe (Needle) on the ground and it looked as if it was steped on and broke open. It had a orange colored cap looking thing on both ends (Does this mean the needle part of this was covered? I was thinking maybe I steped on it and the fluid sprayed me or the needle poked through my shoe because this morning i felt something poke me in the foot while walking  

Did the orange color ends cover the needle?
If i steped on it would it bust open and splatter fluid on to me?
The boots I had on were work boots, do you think it could of went in to the sole of those and poked me ?
