questions on symptoms and urine/fecal test

I posted on Feb 10, told that I was low risk.It helped ease my anxiety and I was about to put matter behind me.Yet, more questions and anxiety have formed.I am 20 y/o male, had vaginal sex with a CSW 5.5 weeks ago, used condom that did not malfunction.2 days later, noticed bump on testicle.Doc said it was probably skin trauma due to scratching, light colored minor raised surface.Had loose bowels/thin stools since and occasional diarrhea, some very occasional days stools were more 'normal'.Had a sinus infection (sticky mucus/phlegm) for around 1.5 wks,2 wks after exposure.Searched sinus infection is not symptom of ARS, can you confirm?Had some slight muscle ache on leg for a day or two that I noticed.Thought I had a swollen lymph node, but doctor doesn't think so, after inspecting my neck. The bump mentioned is still there, now darkened in color and has a raised surface. It had a white head, but not anymore.I think it had a scab that fell off, SEEMS to be receding now, but what kind of skin trauma stays for 5 weeks?Might be another sort of lesion.Went to the doc regarding bowel problem.Doc think due to anxiety.Had stool test, urine test, blood draw.Fecal test detected slight blood, now doing occult blood screening.Urine abnormality detected (white blood cells present and protein, apparently).Had another urine test today.Blood draw normal.Questions:1)Can HIV cause white blood cells and protein to be present in urine, and blood in feces?2)I know that having the bump/trauma/lesion on the testicle and vaginal fluids could flow out of vagina during sex and it raises theoretical risk but "negligible" as Dr.HHH said, but how close to 0 is 0?Unprotected sex 1/1000 can be considered close to 0,does having a bump/lesion/cut of some sort on testicle and contact with vaginal fluids raise the risk to the level of unprotected sex, or lower?I do not think it was bleeding, but not sure if it was open at the time.3)Sinus infection/loose bowels some diarrhea, symptoms of ARS or no?

You were comletely reassured in the previous thread.  I have nothing to add. Suffice to say that 1) you were not at significant risk of HIV, 2) you describe no symptoms that suggest ARS, 3) obviously no amount of reassurance is going to satisfy you.  Get tested if you wish but do not keep posting anxiety-driven questions.  Re-read the disclaimer at the top of this forum, especially "Questions that duplicate other frequent ones, for which abundant replies exist, and that have little educational value for other forum users, will be DELETED WITHOUT RESPONSE. YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED."  I will delete this thread after you have had a chance to see this comment.

Forgot to ask, do you still advise that I don't need to get tested despite these new 'developments'? If it is not needed I do not plan to go get tested. I have been working on my anxiety and I know that false positives are rare, but if it does happen it could utterly destroy me at this point and cause much undue anxiety and stress. If a test is not required, I will try my best to put this matter behind me. I sincerely thank you for the emotional support and reassurance.

Doctor Handsfield, I am so incredibly sorry for bringing this up again. Could you PLEASE answer question 1 and 2, as this is a very big concern right now. It was the urine test that set me off. After your reply I will never, ever post again. I am very sorry for this behavior.

The answers are 1) no and 2) you are wrong, having vaginal fluids contact a scrotal lesion probably is zero risk.

That's it.  This thread is truly over.
