quick question to cover my bases

so about a week ago a guy gave me a blow job, and i was wondering what the risk of contracting hiv might be. i see a lot of confusing things online and just wanted to clarify. i got sick within the next few days with a sore throat then runny nose, and the finally fine today (about 6-7 days after exposure). i don't think these are ARS symptoms as i've read this is too soon for it to appear. am i correct on this?

the reason why i'm so concerned is that this guy had a scare back last fall and claims that he took enough oraquick tests at the local clinic at 3 months and got a negative result. i guess i'm just afraid of whether the tests weren't fully conclusive as i read online of some people not testing positive till like 5 or 6 months. i had hooked up with this guy prior and got a negative oraquick test at 6.5 months. i didn't mean to hook up with this guy again, it just sorta happened and i didn't know how to stop it.

also the guy spit on my penis for masturbation, and rubbed it around my urethra and i'm nervous about phlegm containing the virus, and/or if there was any blood. i don't remember seeing any, but my anxiety and paranoia is sorta getting the best of me. also, because my urethra seems a little irritated now, and i'm not sure if that was before or after, and if that'd make a difference. some sources online say that the saliva has HIV but not enough, usually, to transmit, and some say it breaks it down.

but yea, thanks, and sorry for the long post.

i gotcha. i'm assuming any risk would have to contain a good amount of blood, right?

also, the risk of getting blown?
