rapid weight loss after 5 months

Hello all

I previously posted my experience of recieving an unprotected handjob straight after protected intercourse where vaginal fluid was used as lubricant.

I know I was told that I have zero risk of HIV infection but it's now been about 5 months since the exposure and I have just seen myself lose 10 lbs in less than a month for no reason. should I be worried?
