meds ' i just tested poz" forum. this guy actually tested poz after 6 months. I am in desperate need of some experts opinion on this -http://forums.poz.com/index.php?topic=5263.0
my question about this post is that there were TWO ppl involved in this situation...the poster and his b/f. let's just say that the b/f cheated...became infected...and gave it to the poster...without the poster ever knowing any different. who knows? kind of hard to know for sure what the circumstances surrounding this incident were
That's what you get for going into a forum you had know business of going into. You cannot believe everything in that forum. People risks and when exposed and when they tested. Those people are embarrassed to tell the truth.
Well, while I do not believe you deserve to be chastised for being curious, you may wish to read such posts with a healthy dose of skepticism tucked away in your back pocket, just in case you need it. I agree with the previous posters who say that it is a little difficult to take everything said in such a place at face
The window, according to the CDC, is 3 months. That is when to test and obtain a conclusive result. Not four months, not five months, not six months, not a year. Three months. Do not make this more difficult on yourself than it has to be.
. Obviously there's more to the story than he's willing to share. Just my opinion, though. He was probably infected the same time he got Chlamydia from unprotected sex
How long where you trawling the interent to find that?
Sigh, I love how people ignore and take the advice of the authorities on such things, as well as many doctors with a grain of salt, but when some random guy on a forum somewhere says otherwise, they take it as gospel.
than sorry. i know the concensus are that after 13 weeks, a negative result is as negative it shall ever be. What would be the advsive be for those who still feels....what if.....what if.....coz if someone is indeed infected, the virus should stop there and then, correct? is there any online counseling available?
