rates for female to male transmission

Hi, I'm a thirty one year old male, if that's relevant at all, and several weeks before, I engaged in unprotected vaginal sex three times.  Since I'm sure that everyone here on the site has gone through these questions a million times in a day, I'll keep it brief.  The girl I had intercourse with was someone I've known for years and she had told me that she wasn't seeing anyone, having sex with anyone else.  Well, the following week she came and confessed that she was seeing a couple other people, but Im aware I claim stupidity for going through with it in the first place.  Presently, I'm waiting to test at the 90 day mark of course, but though I know that yes, any unprotected sex is a risk, my question is this.  What exactly is the risk, or height of transmission from female to male?  Thank you for your time and your advice.  Have a blessed day.

This is widely available infornation. In a population of 310 million, only 1.1 million people in the US are HIV+. That is .04% of the population. The odds of your partner having HIV is extremely low.
Second, female to male HIV transmission via vaginal sex is highly unusual.
Based on this facts, HIV is extremely rare in the heterosexual community. The published odds of a healthy male with no preexisting STDs acquiring HIV from a one-time, unprotected vaginal encounter with a female partner of unknown status is 1 in a 1,000,000.
You literally have much better odds of dying in a car accident or getting shot to death.

Says you are in Texas, female HIV rate in the US is low. I would not be concerned.

I also wanted to add that since the last encounter, I've experienced sore throat, muscle aches, white thrush on tongue, diarrhea on and off at intervals for quite some time, etc.  Didn't want to leave that out.  Thank you
