Fluids that enter the mouth can not infect because the saliva renders the virus inactive and unable to infect. The mouth is not an easy place for HIV to stay without being destroyed. And the same goes for the partner that is exposed to saliva.

my meaning is receiving oral sex.
If her mouth blooding at that time are all still safe?
saliva inactivates virus in blood?

Thank you .
But oral sex commentary in China HIV forum is different to Medhelp.
I am very confused.
I don't know who is right.
Because many CDC doctors in China and they said "oral sex all had a risk"

i'm confused..

DR.HHH and DR.HOOK commentary oral sex had a very low risk.but still a chance,not a zero risk.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex.  The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way.  Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk".  There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
DR. HANSFIELD

"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  Please educate yourself about the real risks.  If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. "   DR HANSFIELD

"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..."   DR HOOK

"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."- DR. HOOK

in the public HIV Prevention forum of MedHelp, TEAK and the other moderators maintain that oral sex in all forms is a zero risk activity. Would you agree with this assessment?
I TOTALLY AGREE / DR GARCIA

Could it be that is difficult to tabulate transmission by oral sex? Since it is almost always accompanied by sex?

there have been studies done on serodiscordant couples that ONLY had UNPROTECTED ORAL sex and protected intercourse.  the outcome?  hiv is not transmitted through oral sex.

It's not a risk for HIV but it is a possible risk for other STDs.

"There are variety of reasons why oral sex is considered to be ZERO risks. Including that not all mucous membranes are the same. Like in the mouth, are much more durable than the mucous membrane of the urethra. Also, saliva does contain substances that have anti-HIV properties ( helps to in-activate the virus ). Third, the chance of trauma from the amorous activities involving various "poles in holes" is ZERO in the oral cavity than, say, in the anal canal. So, these among other factors contribute to oral sex's is ZERO risk for HIV transmission"

Thank you very much.
receiving oral sex are all no risk?
i read DR.HHH article
"As for the possibility that your partner might have poor oral hygiene or blood in his mouth, in theory that might raise the risk.  But probably not by much.  For blood to be a factor, it would have to be present in large amount, i.e. easily visible -- and not many guys with that much blood in their mouths are likely to be performing oral sex! "

"and not many guys with that much blood in their mouths are likely to be performing oral sex! "

This sentence give me a very good help.  at that time(received oral sex)i think she is not had many blood in her mouth.if she had many blood in her mouth at that time, she can not  giving oral sex to me.
