receiving oral sex to a HIV+ person

Hi, i'm a 19 yrs old but last year i receive oral sex to a man. i didn't knew he is a hiv positive but last june 2016, he died and they said due to aids. i only receive oral sex with him twice. there's no visible blood present in my penis and no sores in my penis nor on his mouth that time but i've been terrified for 2 months. i also researched in the internet if i was at risk or not but they answer "only in theory". my question is, do i have to rely on the facts that i was not at risk or do i need to take a test?

'Only in theory' .. This term is coined because of one reason. Nothing has happened so far in the history of HIV for it to become an actual risk. Not one single case reported, documented to indicate oral sex as a risk.  Don't think you're going to be the first one. So, oral sex doesn't carry risk for HIV.

But it does have some risks for other STDs. Would be good if you have a panel done for those.
