repeated the mistake again..worried again

i had made another stupid mistake and had my second sexual encounter with a girl who i know just for few days and iam now worried again.....Please i need help....
I had protected vaginal sex with her. But the duration of the sex was more than 20 minutes. The condom did not cover whole of my penis. it covered 3-4 th of my penis though...
She masturbated me without condom using her hands. While she took of the condom, i found that there was some oily substance on my penis. Seeing my worried face she explained to me that it was the lubricant inside the condom.
But now 5 days later iam having a runny nose and flu like symptoms and all my worries came back...

Do condoms really have lubricants inside them, I hope it is not her vaginal fluid.?
Please assess my risk factor.

Please tell me whether condoms have lubricants inside it.  I have not used any external lubricant.
I have searched the net regarding the topic, but could only find information about lubricants being  used outside the condom.

as long as the head of your penis was covered...you did not have a risk.
