Wow -- quite a truckload of antibotics for such a low risk event!  I sort of get ceftriaxone (Rocephin) and doxy, but they were enough to cover any and all bacterial STDs. The other drugs added nothing except ot increase the risk of side effects and the chance you'll have antibiotic-resistant infections in the future.

Oral sex is safe -- HIV is probably never transmitted from mouth to penis. There's a slight risk of gonorrhea, nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), herpes due to HSV1, or syphilis, but even these are quite rare -- and none would cause the symptoms you mention.

I got unprotected blow job from a man who was African American, who I met a adult book store, he had a white patchy tongue when he was performing oral on me, only performed for about 15 seconds,

None of this sounds much like HIV. But it would be helpful if you can say something about your sexual history or other indicators of HIV risk.
