risk and exposure

by Tomson173, Apr 13, 2009 04:48PM
Hello Doctor,

I have asked several people this but I am still not convinced unless I hear this from a real doctor.   My exposure was back in December of 2008.  I am male, 32.  This happened at a "licensed" massage parlor.  There were no sexual intercourse involved, the exposure were purely from hand to gentile contact, the attendant masturbated me, while I placed my finger in her vagina.  There were little vaginal fluid but it was dry for the most part

What kind of risk does this mutual masturbation carried?  The fingering lasted about 2 minutes or so, there were some light nipple kissing and sucking.

Thanks
TT

No risk.  Masturbation is safe sex.  No one has ever gotten HIV from masturbation.  It is typical for masturbation to result in participants getting each other’s genital secretions but, despite that, there has never been a case of HIV transmission from masturbation.  similarly, there is no risk from kissing of any sort.  Hope this helps.

Take care.  EWH

Is mutual masturbation even for male-male safe sex? Are all mutual masturbations safe sex even with all kinds of lesions in hands or fingers?

Masturbation is masturbation.  Irrespective of the gender of your partner, whether or not they have open sores on their hands and/or their infection status.  Safe sex means safe sex.  EWH

Hello doctor,

What about the episode with me placing my finger in her vagina?  What kind of risk was I expose to with this?

Is it possible that the previous client she served before me is HIV+?? Will this scenario happen:  The client was HIV+, she masturbated him till he ejaculated, but didn't clean properly, as a result, she transfer the virus to me while masturbating me.  Or, the client was HIV+ and he also place a finger in her vagina, and his figner has a cut, as a result, she was carrying HIV+ blood in her vagina

Are these even possible?

Stil no risk.  Now it it time for you to stop asking "what if" questions.  No risk means just that, no risk.  EWH
