risk exposure

question.  i had about 10 seconds worth of unprotected vaginal sex with a recipient of unknown status.  i know the risk through the urethra but i have another concern.  when i masturbate the skin below the head of my penis becomes red/irritated.  i have been to the derm and they found no issues.  when i masturbate i never notice blood on my hands or on the towel.  however i do wonder if i tear the skin off.  due to this condition do you think i have an increased risk of hiv if there is a small tear?  i didn't notice one after the occurrence and i washed it off with soap twice and don't remember a burning sensation.  i am concerned about the urethra part but also the possibility of having a small tear below the head of my penis.

thanks!

The tear etc doesnt make a significant difference.
u need to test at 12 weeks for a conclusive result.

fyi - i do realize i need the 3 month test b/c of my stupidity and i have researched other answers (thanks for the great insight and help!) but i do have a concern about a possible minimal tear in the skin on the penis.  i know it was mentioned there needs to be a large cut with lots of blood.  i don't have this but could have had a small tear in the skin.  sorry i am so anxious right now.  i have learned my lesson!
