risk hiv?

hi, i am really concerned, what is tha risk of catching hiv from someone that puts his fingers inside of you? how easy is it to catch it? the guy is cuban, cuba is one of the places that is not as riskly as others as far as im aware but im still really concerned. please help! thank you very much
