risk of mutual masterbation(masturbation)

I was had mutual masterbation (masturbation) with a guy about 8 weeks ago. His semen was all over my hand. I did not have a oportunity to wash my hands immediately. I am now afraid of hiv transmission because 2 weeks ago I developed a bad cold and weight loss. Should I be concerned about this exposure. Thank you

No, you had no risk with the above situation. Mastebration is safe and have never been a route of transmission for HIV.
