Let me assure you, your 10 weeks result is very very encouraging. Just hang on there, test in another week time (since now 11 weeks), by 12 weeks your test result will be conclusive.
I don't think it will be a different result from your 10th week.

A 10 weeks HIV test result is a very good indication that you are HIV negative. And it's a little too late for ARS.
Your "roseola" is not HIV specific.
Not sure what kind of risky exposure you had, but if you want a conclusive test result, do it at 3 months....but I doubt it's going to change.
