is it enough to have a negative test after 27 days after a safe sex episode (fingering and protected oral sex ) knowing that 80-90% of  positive cases were dedected after less than one month

Providing you didn't have any open bleeding wounds on your fingers you were never at risk and didn't even need to test.  Protected oral sex is no risk.  I am not a doctor and I can't give professional advice but I do know this much...your risk was astronomically small at best. I am going through an hiv scare as well, but don't worry, I had a much higher risk situation than you and people are telling me I don't need testing...and these are doctors and healthcare workers! You're ok.
