scared and alone

Hi  I had sex with a girl I met twice the condom broke halfway thru intercourse and the third we didnt use one I no stupid she told me she was neagtive so a week and half later after I started filling weird I was tired alot my muscles ached brain fog and swollen lymph nodes all over no appetite at all no fever or rash it went away in a week and a half so I got tested a week after(4weeks) and the test was negative but now I have a sore throat and dry mouth and still no appetite weeks later is this ars or the next stage no of the symptoms happened all at on more like off and on...the reason I thing I got hiv Is she sex with her ex unprotected 2weeks before me but I didnt know and she had a test at 5 weeks by her doctor and it was an hiv1/2 ad and then she got 3 test done 6weeks and all where negative sorry for the run on sentences im going crazy and she block my call Im lost  and does the fact that she did more the one chance doe that make the odds better

She took an hiv 1/2 ab and the doctor didnt tell her to come back im puzzled and wondering y is 6 weeks good enough after 4 test  shouldnt one pick it up let alon4.. I no Massachusetts thinks so even with there third gen test they said it but I live in nj I no my 4 week isnt much if anything

Symptoms or lack thereof cannot diagnose HIV

The only way to know your status is to test

She was negative but she slept with her ex 6 weeks ago  unprotected  and thats where she and I are both scared iwas negative tooo but I got this symptoms and shes fine

With all these negative tests, it seems like neither of you have HIV
