scared of hiv test after an anti hpv vaccine
Can an anti hpv vaccination (Gardisil) have some effect on an Hiv antibody test? I read that there's a possibility of a false positive hiv test if u recently had a vaccination of all sorts.. i had my first shot 6 weeks ago.. The day after I tested negative for HIV post 6 weeks exposure from an unprotected vaginal sex... I am going for my 3rd month test on Monday and worried that my recent vaccination will give false positive result.. My doctor assured me that my negative hiv test is not going to change but im worried now because of that vaccine.. Cant sleep. False positive is my worst nightmare..
