scared to death - hiv exposure

here is my situation. i went to a rather "shady" strip club and was recieving oral sex from a stripper with no condom. she was pretty rough i remember and felt her teeth rub a few times, didnt notice any cuts later or anything though. halfway through i guess she thought i wasn't going to ejaculate and asked if i had any condoms. i said no and she asked if i could have sex without a condom, and if i was "clean"? in a very stupid moment i said yes and in no time she was on top of me and we had unprotected sex. it was very brief, maybe a minute or 2 at the most and then i ejaculated inside her.
this is where things start to get fuzzy. a week after this incidence i was running outside and fell and broke bones in my foot. I also got a sore throat around this time and what seemed to be a sinus infection, (yellow snot), conjestion, etc. I do know that i have been checking my temperature like crazy since this incidence though and have not had a fever at all. well it turns out that i had to have surgery to repair my foot. after the surgery i was taking about 60mg of percocet per day for about 3 days for the pain and then kind of stopped abruptly. it was at this point i started feeling kind of crappy and having chills and sweats which i thought might be from stopping the percocet.
i havent seemed to have any ars symptoms other than some pretty good night sweats, but i have had those before anyways and i thought could be attributed to the anesthesia and percocet. other than that no fever, rashes, or anything, just some chills and sweats that seem to be going away.
but ever since the foot break/strip club incidence, have just been different, havent wanted to smoke or drink like i usually do and have a loss of appetite but not losing weight. but i also have been laid up in bed to with a cast on my leg, so not really expending much energy.

sorry to ramble on, but my main questions are does this sound like a high risk for contracting hiv? should i get tested? side note i have a beautiful wonderful girlfriend that i love that i would hate to possibly infect or hurt in any way, just made a bad decision i know.

also does this sound anything like ars, or more like a reaction to the surgery and the meds??

any advice would be much appreciated, mike_no and teak,  you seem to very knowledgable.

other info the woman was older probably late 30's to 40's, and white, and i'm in the us in the midwest near a large city.

thanks for the response teak. i plan on doing one of the oraquick home tests from walgreens (fda approved) at the appropriate time, but in the mean time............

does this sound like high risk exposure and do my symptoms sound like any possible ars symptoms? any further input would be greatly appreciated.

fenzo -thank you for your honest and sincere response. yes i do know that i had a risk if even a small risk. i just was wondering about the the symptoms i was having. i do agree that stress anxiety and guilt are definetely adding to the symptoms, but as mentioned earlier i also think it could be somewhat related to my recent surgery and the meds they put me on (pain killers).

i know it seems weird but this incident has in a strange way has been a wake up call to me about what i want in life and how i was living my life. also seeing the genuine care for others on this site has renewed my faith in humanity i guess. i defintely am changing my ways after this incident.

also any additional input from fenzo or anyone else on my specific situation would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
