scared to death..

Hello doctor, myself Jonathan and I am 26 yr old straight male. on Nov 25th I had a protected vaginal intercourse but UNPROTECTED ORAL ( receptive) and kissing lip to lip. Then on 2nd December I had a another protected intercource with differrent lady. Both CSW! Now at the second time foreplay was pretty rough.. I mean LICKING PENIS, JERKING and ORAL with no protection. this must have lead into scratches on my penis head and then I touched my penis in-between her butchicks(anus) and might be opening of vagina.. but I didnt feel ne vaginal fluid. ( I am not sure though). Now even if the Intercourse was protected and condom didnt break, these are my symtopms after 5 weeks--
1. acute sinusitis i.e. dry clogged nose and sore throat.
2. moderate fever which comes and goes.
3. Rash only on lower part of right arm.
4. SLIGHT PAIN IN ARMPITS AND TONSILS!!! which is bothering me a lot.
5. and most scary is COUGH WITH GREENISH SPUTUM.  
I am not able to sleep bcoz of these symptoms and in real pain. Plz guide me... i am scraed  arent all these are ARS symptos, is it??? is 5 week period is good for HIV test??
