Recently i had a "some risk" exposure, 2 and a half weeks after that i bit my lower lip of my mouth, the next day i kissed my girl friend on her lips. i still had a good deal of a wound on my lip, and the perimeter of it  was red (no visible bleeding tough). if i had hiv, could i pass it on to my girlfriend?, i`ve read viral load is higher when recently infected.

there really wasn't any signfiicant risk here.  HIV transmission doesn't occur by by  kissing lip

ssk2007 is right! Viral load doesn't mean a damn thing, because you can't pass it that way.
