seborrheic dermatitis on face

About a year and a half ago I had a unprotected sexual exposure with someone I barely knew. I noticed a burning sensation when I urinate. Went to the doctor and got tested and I had clamydia (chlamydia).  About a month after that I had a light brown blotch  on my face I didn't think nothin of it until I started geting these circular brown blotches on my mustache and in between my  eyebrows and dry skin around naselfolds about a year later. Then I looked on the internet and I seen a picture of seborrheic dermatis and knew that's what it was. I got scared becuase I read it occurs in hiv. After I read that my stomach just turned and I've been havin upset stomach eversince  I looked up hiv and I seen symptoms are fevers diarrhea, weightloss and cough. I've had a little diarrhea but after I read the symptoms. I don't know if its just anxiety or what but I haven't got any sleep my legs are feelin achy now. I've been living with my girlfriend for 8 months now and we've been having unprotected sex everyday pretty much and I been ejaculating inside her everytime  and she's 4 months pregnant after I read about seborrheic dermatitis I made her take a test at her apointment . She was negative. I'm going to get tested after thanksgiving weekend I want to know the likelyhood that I have hiv. And is it common for a male to have hiv and ejaculate in his girfriend for so long and not pass hiv on

Seborrheic dermatitis of the face does occur with increased frequency in persons with advanced HIV infection (i.e., overt AIDS) -- in which case you would have many other symptoms and it would be obvious you were seriously ill.  And the vast majority of people with seb derm of the face do not have HIV anyway.  The other symptoms you describe also are not particularly suspicious for HIV.  And assuming your sexual exposures are strictly heterosexual, the chance you have been exposed to HIV is really low.

Yes, it is very possible for a male to have HIV and his partner to not be infected.  Often it takes many years of regular sex before HIV is transmitted.  

But based on the information you provide, you really shouldn't be having any serious worries about HIV; there is virtually no chance you have it.  But since you are concerned, you should be tested.  This doesn't mean I believe you are infected; I do not.  But whenever someone is worried about it, having a negative test is the best reassurance possible.

Let me know your test result after it is done.  Until then, I won't have any further comments or advice.  But in the meantime, don't be worried about it.  Your test will be negative.

Doe you give me the same asurrance if the test I took a year ago  was just a claymidia test. The test I took was a pee and penile swab test. And I just heard those don't test hiv
