semen on butt/skin

Hi, please help me; am very nervous... thanks so much. I had a casual partner who was tested HIV negative a year and a half ago, but since he has frequent sex with various women, I am not sure he is still HIV negative. We had non-penetrative sex yesterday, ie he didn't cum in me, only in my hand and then later on, while I was lying on my belly, and he on top of me, just above my butt on the very lowest part of my back. I have a bit of external hemorrhoid (do not recall it bleeding when he fingered my butt) so am not sure if his semen had slowly found its way down to it after he came--basically, he was lying on top of me, and rubbed his penis to and fro in my butt's cleavage (quite high up) and then came, not in the cleavage. He was then still lying on me for another 3-5 minutes afterwards not doing anything. Wonder if you could help me whether (provided he is HIV positive) he was posing a threat to me. Also, he put his own saliva (not bloody) on my anus when he fingered me...
I am very nervous. Could you please help? I feel responsible; I have a long-term partner and would not like to pose him a risk by this incident.
