seroconversion timings....teak?

i was just wondering, would it matter where a person may have been infected (country wise) for it to have an effect on seroconversion? i mean i had an exposure of unprotected vaginal in morocco, would that have anything to do with any seroconversion timings?

this site claims that 95-97% people would turn +ve by 6 weeks  http://www.affordablehealthscreening.com/_HIV+Test+Information.html

not sure if we can trust this source, but a -ve at 6.5 weeks , should be able to sleep in the night
