shotty swollen lymphs and PEP?

hi all. I have posted before about my current HIV scare caused by protected insertive anal sex with somone who was confirmed positive. In another post I addressed my shotty lymph nodes on the back and side of my neck as well as in my collar bone cavity. I'm reading mixed things on shotty lymph nodes so I am worried.

My question is: I had taken Combivir as PEP starting 35 hours post exposure. About a week in I developed shotty lymph nodes that are still present now. It's been about 6 weeks total. Supposing I didn't contract HIV (which I'm near positive I may have) could this be a side effect from the combivir? I only took it for 2 weeks because I couldn't afford the refill. I'm now worried that the Combivir could have possibly given me lymphoma? Is that possible? If not what causes shotty lymph nodes with no other symptoms?

also, how effective (if at all) would 2 weeks of combivir as nPEP be against fighting off the virus?
