You do not have HIV, you have a conclusive negative test result.

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

You need to ask them. It hasn't been 6 months since 2004.

If one has a weakened immune system that would have an effect on their window period the person would know it. That would have been hospitalized multiple times for their illness.

Conditions that may cause a person to test longer than 3 months are people on chemo, antirejection drugs for organ transplants, antivirals and chronic IV drug abusers.
