should i be concerned

had protected sex with sw in late nov. got tested for std they called and said test was inconclusive so i took treatment 1 1000mg pill .told my wife she got tested ,nothing in her test. Have had sore rectal area ever since ,muscle spasams now experiencing pin prick feelings really worried i need advice. no sex activity in rectal area so dont know what to think
