should i take PEP. worried sick!

Good day
Im 27 years from USA. I had HIV test done 2 weeks ago and came back Negative. it was done because doctor noticed that my liver enzymes were high, which ended up to be because i had alot of supplements as im a bodybuilder. about 30 hrs ago i had sex with Transexual woman who i have been talking to for couple of weeks. she isnt like sex worker or escort but sex was unprotected and when i pulled it out so i ejaculate outside there was blood on it. i think its because she was really small and i was little harsh in beginning. i got worried and asked her if she has HIV and she said she doesnt and i know i dont have any because she is first person i encounter after my test results were negative. I wasnt so sure so i asked her to take Oraquick test. i did it for her and waited 20 minutes and she was negative. there was absolutely no line on (T) and i ran 2 tests to make sure and both came back with no line so she is negative. Im worried because what if got HIV in the 6-12 weeks prior to seeing me. she could have got it but it didnt show yet. She agreed to do any kind of test and was sure she was fine claiming she did a test in january 2015.  and she didnt sleep with anyone for months before me... since im still in the 72hrs window should i go to ER and request nPEP medication. ???
please let me know your opinion.

3 months, and if you have access to a qorquick test then you have access to a Dr.

i ended up not taking it. its been 2 weeks since exposure so far
i did an oraquick yesterday and it came back negative. i Know its too early for that. I feel little better since she tested Negative again yesterday and she keep promising me she is fine. So if she is Negative then i have no idea why i would be Not negative. when should i take another oraquick test ?
in another 2 weeks or 4 weeks ?

PEP is a decision that needs to be made by you and your Dr after you discuss things with him/her.
