small lymph nodes

my story start when i had protected sex with female unknow statue she claimed to be HIV-, but who knows
the condom didn't break, no oral sex, no kissing. but 30 minutes before we had sex she had a small cut on her leg from shaving she wipped it with her finger then she sucked her finger im not sure if she washed her hands after that any ways after 30 minutes she gave me a hand job which last for a minutes before we had sex, but im sure her hands were dry but i don't know if the virus can pass to me from  this situation, i had a flue after 1.5 a week runny nose  which didn't really scary me because it lasted for 3 days and every one had flue at that time but after 2 months i flet 2 small lymph nodes in the left side of my neck whick they about  .25 cm and one on my left hip and i have 2 on the other side of my neck which i been have those 2 for very long time more than 2 year im worried about the other 2 on my left and the one on my groin i did pcr and elsia after 9 weeks and they both came back negative. i

i think im having OCD because i keep searching for lymph nodes and every time i feel very small nodes i go crazy, i did ct scan, blood work, took antibiotci and they went go away
is .25 nodes or less worriesm of HIV infection
and i just did the oraquick today after 13 weeks and it came back negative
