so worried for fever and sore throat

I made rare exposure with a guy whose status was not known.
That guy masturbated himself anfd his penis was wet with precum on his penis opening.
when I looked him, my penis erected and also wet with precum.
He called me to masturbate each other and I agreed.
First, he palced our penis at the position of tip to tip, opening top opening, both penis were wet with precum.
then rubbed a while.
Then by using his wet hands, he masturbated me and vice versa.
About three weeks later, I suffer sore throat followed by a fever of about 102 F and night sweats for three days.
What is my risk and do the symptoms mean ARS?
What should I do now?

If you had ARS symptoms they last for 1 week not 3 days. Not HIV related. Not a HIV risk.

Did opening to openig rubbing really no risk?
I amm worried because it was direct contact and because of the symptoms now I am suffering.

You had no risk, masterbation is not a risk no matter what.
