sore throat and rash only could be ARS?

Hi

Im a 30 year old male. I had protected vaginal sex with a sex worker exactly four weeks ago, the condomn didn't break and it lasted less than five minutes. At day 14 i got an ichy and burning feeling in my armpits and groin and a sore throat. When i noticed carefully i saw red spots slightly elevated but just slightly almost flat in my both armpits and around the groin area. These red spots roughly half an inch in diameter(some were smaller than that) and they were just a few in number and only in armpits and groin and they were extreemly itchy especially when warm, and the armpits are very sticky even when i take a shower. The sore throat i could hardly feel, was very mild. After ten days the itching and red spots faded away but the sore throat became severe to a point that i started feeling pain in my throat, but i did not had fever or swollen lymph nodes, body slightly ached but i think that was because of the severe sore throat. I havnen't noticed any other symptoms. So i took some antibiotics and after a few hours the pain disappeard. The next morning i took antibiotics again after breakfast and i feel quite normal now i guess but like you said symptoms are very poor indicators when it comes to HIV so that concerns me alot. My questions are:

1) What is my risk level of contracting HIV?
2) Is there any evidence to suggest that the severity of ARS symptoms may vary during the 3 weeks time of ARS        symptoms? (mild sore throat and the red spots/rash in the begining but after ten days spots disapear and sore throat getting chronic)
3) Sore throat in ARS reacts to antibiotics? ( I took ciprofloxacin 250 mg)
4) should I get tested? if yes, when should i get tested? and what tests do you recomend?

sorry for being so detailed but im quite concerned and your help and advice is much needed at this time.
