sore throat last for a month after exposure

i've been reading all almost the posts and i decided to post my own question today. i am gay and had unprotected sex with a guy last two months. i penetrated him for a few minutes (without oral sex). a few day after, i got a mild sore throat and my tongue was pain and got trash. i went to get STD and HIV test one month later and the results are negative. i visited a doctor for a sore throat and got an antibiotic for 10 days. however, i still have mild sore throat and pain in my tongue until now. i wonder if this leads to a serious problem or HIV infection or not. please let me know what i should do.

if you've read alot of posts here...then you know that you cannot diagnose hiv by symptoms.  having unprotected sex puts you at risk.

man dont worry, I have had a mild sore throat for 6 weeks. Its the anxiety that is affecting you. I bet you went on websites looking for symptoms and you saw that sore throat CAN be a symptom. I did the same thing and trust me, its not worth it. Do yourself a favor and just stay off this site and all the other ones out there. All they are going to do is just increase your panic.
