spin peeled off while cutting the nail + fingering

Dear Doctor,

1 week back I had oral sex and fingering with a "call gal".
3 hours before meeting the gal , I removed a nail from one of my finger using the nails of my other hand. while pulling the nail off, the skin below the nail was peeled off, size around 2mm . There was no sever bleeding but it became red with a layer of blood could be seen that time. I used the same finger for fingering for 2 minutes, before fingering I had a bath with that gal. After having oral sex for about 20 min, I did washed my hand with liquid soap.
This was my first experience with a gal and the most horrible experience in my life after I remember that a small amount of skin was peeled off from my finger and the same finger I used for fingering her vagina.
Please let me know if I need to get HIV tested and is there any risk?

I mean what  I say. Yes I understand your present state of mind too. Relax and calm down, you did not have a significant risk of HIV until your finger was profusely bleeding and skin totally peeled off plus the call girl was a confirmed HIV positive.

Well in case of a "profusely bleeding" finger, the best place for you, would have been an emergeny room of a hospital for dressing, not a bedroom with the call girl. Hope now it is clear. Is in't it?

I had no skin in my finger for around 2mm area just below the left corner of the nail.
Do you feel that I have zero risk?

Use surgical gloves next time you finger a girl,,, As I said, as long as you did not have a bleeding finger,,, just forget and move on.

That doesn't matter no one has ever caught HIV from fingering in the 25+ years of its existence, and you are not going to be the first.  Your issue and far worse cases of finger cuts have occurred to other people before you fingered this girl, not one case of HIV + through fingering.  HIV needs the proper host, use condoms, don't share needles case closed.
